It is my honor and privilege to serve as the newly elected National Director of our esteemed and beloved organization. As we embark on this new era of Epsilon Gamma Iota, Inc., I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what the future holds. Our organization has a rich history, and I am honored to be a part of its continued legacy.

On behalf of your 2024-2026 National Advisory Board, we would like to thank you for your commitment and for helping to sustain the radiant light for now 40 years. This is a huge milestone that could only be made possible by each member who has come through this phenomenal organization.

As your National Director, I am excited to share that over the next two years, our focus will be to serve and engage our members by powering progress into action for the STEM community. We will promote social, service, and academic advancements specifically in the industries our organization represents. We aim to LEAD the organization to push forward in continuous improvement, perfecting what we already possess and expanding in areas where we excel. This concept of Leading to Engage And Deliver will be executed through professional training, national programs, and social engagements.

Why Continuous Improvement Matters: To ensure quality leads to higher levels of effective outcomes for continuous organizational growth and community impact. We want to place the needs and perspectives of our members at the center of our national programs and services to ensure professional excellence. Lastly, we want to develop meaningful and impactful services for the STEM community.
